 COSTS—Core Studies
The cost of the 2+ day intensive study program is $275, including macrobiotic lunches on Saturday & Sunday.
There is a discount of $25 if paid in full by February 15, 2019
There is a $75 deposit, non-refundable, to secure a space in the class.

Please click the button on the right for a list of location of B&B's and nearby hotels and motels.  Asheville is a very easy town to get around.
There are many other possible B&B and hotels nearby, so please use the list as a starting point.

DIRECTIONS TO CLASS LOCATION

There will be amply chairs, tables and exercise mats.  Please bring pens and notebook.

A few blocks from downtown Asheville, at the intersection with Southside Avenue, Phifer Street and McDowell Street.
In back of Town and Mountain Realty.
Ample parking in the front and on the right side of the building.
