Welcome to a special seminar designed to provide a comprehensive look at your unique feminine qualities and strengths as a woman.  We will explore ways to understand, maintain and regain health at any age.

According to Chinese medicine, women have biological cycles of 7-year time spans, while men have 8-year cycles.  This seminar examines the natural phases of a woman’s life, from childhood through the post-menopausal years, and provides insights for understanding, taking charge and empowering your personal health.
